Loving it up: XL style

A bird's eye view of the five types of couples in the so-called 'hallowed portals'. Which ones do you belong to?

Mush-mush-walk-together-at-midnight type
Most likely to be found: GMP residence / Faculty Quarters
How to identify: Typically the most talkative of the lot, can be spotted hand-in-hand
Be it seniors blessing juniors with valuable 'gyaan' or nature-lovers with everything in the world to talk about, a walk around the faculty quarters is undoubtedly the most enriching activity of the day for this type. They are very strict with their schedules, and 12'o clock for them means their tryst with nature, no matter what assignment or quiz you have for the next day.

See-you-at-the-next-wetnight type
Most likely to be found: Strictly at wetnights
How to identify: They drink together, they dance together, they leave together
The only time you'd see them together is those intense last 6 songs of the wetnight, drunken-ballroom-dancing, and the only time you hear about them in the next day's gossip.

You-teach-me-this-I-teach-you-that type
Most likely to be found: Library
How to identify: Most likely to have 'actually' read the case before the class
This is the most business-like relationship that exists in every B-school, and is pure-academically give and take based. However, most of the times, its the guy who gives and the girl who takes. Remember, only knowledge transfer is what we are talking about here.

I-do-not-know-you-outside-campus type
Most likely to be found: Your room or mine?
How to identify: Too difficult, as they bless others rarely with public appearances
This also is a give and take relationship, however having subtle differences from the last one. You do not see them together, you only hear about them from your friend's friend. Shhhh! You only talk about them behind closed doors.

The-hopelessly-committed-true-love-type
Most likely to be found: Anywhere and everywhere
How to identify: Sit together in class, eat together, walk together
Unlike the last one, this type is difficult to not have spotted, as they do everything together. They are most likely to wear the same color everyday, get the same marks in quizzes, and for every practical purpose such as forming a project group, can be considered a single entity.
